1. Excellent quality, looks great.

   Have just had it installed in a new wall so have yet to use it for a while but so far it looks great. Speed of delivery was incredible, packing was excellent and quality looks excellent. Good thick stainless steel. Love it.

3. Fantastic parcel delivery system

   We were endlessly getting parcel cards saying "unable to deliver" or pick up from post office.
   We now get parcels safely placed into our more than generous delivery box by Aus. Post or couriers. The locked box is easily accessible by key.
   Lovely laser-etched individualized house number on the front plate
   Excellent system. Highly recommended.

4. Excellent mailbox - quality Aussie made product and great customer service

   We bought the Deliver-eze Brighton Brick-in mailbox after researching multiple products in the market. We had a look at a sample on display at a concrete supplier's factory (in Victoria) and was impressed by the fact that the mailbox looked good despite being in a very harsh industrial setting. I ran into a slight problem with the online purchase, as the website was being updated. I emailed customer service at around 7PM on and got a response from Neil in about 30 mins....outside of normal business hours!! The order was sorted the next day over the phone. Received the proof of the laser etching the following day and received the mailbox in about a week. The installation instructions were very detailed and I handed it to the bricklayer, who followed it quite easily. The key points about allowances for rendering are spot on and very important. Post-rendering, the vinyl protective cover was peeled off and the mail box looks awesome. Clean lines, modern looking and the quality really shows. We have received a lot of appreciation for it. As a plus, the posties are very happy to use the parcel box, as it saves them walking up to the door. We are really happy with our purchase and must say that it does stand out from the other mailboxes in the street.

   Easy to follow specs and well designed. Able to adjust depths for varying designs. Always looks fantastic when finished and clients love the secure parcel delivery it provides. Saves going to the post office every-time someone is not home!

7. Best letterbox on the street!

   This is the only letterbox you’ll ever want!
   We had a custom powdercoat added and it has come up perfectly! We also opted for the lock for extra security.
   The package compartment is generous in size perfect for the types of things we order. Delivery is super fast. We highly recommend Deliver-Eze!

8. Amazing customer service!

   I can't really review the product yet because I am waiting for my contractor to do the installation, but I can't say enough good about the customer service. I ordered from California (no products in the US look this good if you are going for a clean, modern look!). I made 2 phone calls with various questions which were all confidently and professionally answered. Shipping was prompt and my new parcel box is now just waiting for installation.

   although we haven't installed our brick in mailbox yet (as the wall hasn't been built ) so we haven't seen the mailbox in action, however the unit is very sturdy and I am sure it will last a lifetime very impressed.

    Of all the parcel/mail box companies I contacted, Deliver-Eze were the only ones to respond the next day answering all my questions, with drawings and info on all I parcel/mail delivery boxes I inquired about.
    The product is very well made with option to increase size. Excellent.service.
    It would be hard to find a better quality stainless parcel box.

    I am very impressed with the build quality and design of this product. I needed a secure repositry for my parcel deliveries and this meets my need. I was able to design my own parcel box with this built in model. It is a game changer. I think my postie will love it too. Happy to support Australian made product.

18. Gabion Parcel Box

    We order a lot of parcels online. Great to have somewhere to have them securely delivered. We liked the idea of incorporating the Delivereze Brighton into a gabion cage as a feature. We think it looks great!
    Took a little planning and a fair bit of labour but it was worth it.

19. Mailbox for the future

    After building our forever home with Metricon, we needed to consider what our mailbox would be.
    
    As someone who regularly receives review products, I needed to support those deliveries and avoid the dreaded ticket to pick up a product that really could have been left.
    
    We had a brick layer render and build in the Brighton and am seriously happy with it. Our brick layer actually put cement sheeting in the bottom make it even more robust.
    
    Really happy with the final product and its great to see delivery companies are using it!
    
    While the product's not cheap, I felt its an important investment in time saving for the future and definitely took the same approach as our house - do it once, do it properly.

20. Parcel box for 'online shoppers'

    Since seeing this product at the Melb home show way back in 2014, I knew this letterbox would be the perfect addition to our newly built front fence.
    For a person who does a lot of online purchases, it saves me a lot of time by not having to drive to the local post office to collect my packages.
    The letterbox keeps your packages safe, secure & protected from the weather.
