We recently released another brick parcel letterbox for home parcel delivery.  In addition to this new narrow brick in letterbox shown above, we made a further update of the full size version known as the Brighton parcel letterbox.

Due to popular demand we now manufacture "Brick250" (248mm wide), an all-new brick letterbox for home parcel delivery, to suit 2x2 pillars. It uses the same proven and world-leading basic design as our Brighton brick in parcel letterbox, but we took the opportunity to add several new features including full stainless sides and a rear door which can be hinged on either side. The depth is also adjustable - and as with our standard Brighton brick parcelbox the rear panel can be detached and moved back to suit thick walls or pillars. The rear panel can even be mounted on the side for side retrieval of mail and parcels.   Both parcelboxes have the option of stainless steel side panel extensions, which allow a depth up to 615mm rather than the base version's 480mm maximum.  The adjustments can be made in 5mm increments, which suits all render thicknesses and and all types and variations in brick or block sizes.

To avoid confusion we are calling this new model parcel letterbox Brick 250, because it is 248mm wide, to fit the 250mm wide cavity inside a 2x2 brick pillar, pier or column. This is the most common brick pier size (470 x 470 mm). Of course it can also fit into block walls, and this design has set back the parcel storage chamber by 151mm to suit 100 and 150 series blocks, which are  up to 140mm thick, plus the render thickness.

If you have an existing brick pillar our Brick 250 parcel mailbox can also be retrofitted into it. While it requires a bit of cutting, the end result is well worth it.  There is a large time saving from having your own home post box for parcel delivery, not to mention the security and convenience.   Importantly, Deliver-Eze parcel letterboxes are arguably the most secure, and certainly the most durable and high quality units on the market.  After 7 years they have an impressive record of reliability, far superior to the cheaply made rubbish our competitors import from China - ignore the Australian logos or words on their websites - they are not Australian made, whereas our brick, fence and wall models have been audited and certified Australian Made by australianmade.com.au and hence why we are the only parcel letterbox company to display the Australian made logo!

We also added a stainless steel cover plate at the front of the storage chamber.  Satchels, boxes and letters are now presented with an impressive clean stainless steel storage chamber on the front as well as the sides.  We have not increased the cost, making these models even better value.

To top it off, we also released a brushed 316 marine grade stainless steel rear panel option for both models.  This means there is no carbon steel to rust, and all parts are stainless steel, marine grade aluminium, or high grade engineering polymers (something the Chinese units will never use because it adds cost and they are addicted to 2 cent pop rivets being used as pivots in single shear, which is totally wrong as any design engineer or mechanic knows well).  We are quite confident these are the best and most durable, secure, and high quality parcel letterbox available anywhere in the world.  Our units are not much dearer than the others, and cheaper than some simple units on the market.
